Is Your Dream Alive?
This is a topic that hits right home for me. I, like many people, have many ambition’s and aspiration’s that I am determined to accomplish. I know with the right mind set I can do anything in this world. Philippians 4:13 simply says "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This scripture acts as a catalyst in the heart of many believer’s like myself because even though I can’t see the outcome, I know that with mustard seed faith I will see my increase.
To those who are reading this, I would like to inspire you by giving you some questions to think about:
- Are your life long priorities in line?
- Are your past time priorities the same as your current day priorities?
- What are you passionate about?
- Have you given up on your lifetime visions & dreams, or have you let them fall by the wayside and put them on the back burner?
Procrastination can be our worse enemy. Sometimes you can believe and become so absorbed in something until you literally can’t think about anything else. If that sounds like you, I want to encourage you to take hold of your passion. Don’t ever let your dream go. Hold on to your dream for dear life. I am a firm believer that having faith and believing in something is more than just literally hoping and beliving. Taking action is the biggest part to accomplishing your ambitions.
Remember to keep your candle lit and strive to be "All you can be," as they say in the Army. Never give up on your dream’s and passion’s. Surround yourself with positive people and role model’s who are moving forward and accomplishing their dreams. Avoid hanging around people who will bring you down and convince you that what you are striving for is impossible. Focus your thoughts on things that are in line with your ultimate goal in life. Proverbs 23:7 says "As a man thinketh so is he…" It is very important to think positive and uplifting thoughts. Remember to study the word and have a consistant prayer life. Do things that make you happy and feel good and the end result and reward will be much greater.
To your success,
